The new sub-item of the Second Sailing Festival, the Sailing Baby Selection Competition, was launched in October as a pioneer in the promotion and dissemination of sailing marine culture. After the launch, it received strong support from parents and children, and received more than 430 groups. The contestants participated in the competition, and finally 7 small contestants were selected as the small team leaders of the opening ceremony of the sailing festival, which aroused enthusiastic responses.

Professional crews from Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore, Thailand and 7 countries and regions. After a fierce competition, the Hong Kong team of China defended the championship, the Singapore team won the runner-up, and the Indian team won Third place.
